第一次烘焙這個豆子，目前接觸過的古吉應該只有烏拉嘎（日曬處理），想說用原本的烘焙曲線來先試試看，將烘焙的初始參數調整好後，入豆開烘。一開始很擔心水洗處理的豆子，回溫後的脫水期會拖太長，結果令我驚訝的是，並沒有比日曬處理的豆子長太多，接下來的梅納期試著使用單一火力搭配剛才的脫水期續的熱能發展完，很快的到達一爆開始了，迅速的降火增加香氣與風味，在充滿甜感與果酸的風味後，於計畫好的溫度時下豆，完成了這次的 吉茶 Ｇ1 水洗處理
